1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using A Band Aid (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when you register as a fan or a band.

3. Campaigns and merch

Bands are responsible for the artwork and claims in their campaigns. Merch is printed on demand; estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed.

• Bands retain ownership of the artwork they upload.
• Bands must hold the rights to any artwork they submit.
• We may remove campaigns that violate these terms.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Proceeds from a campaign, less printing and fulfilment costs, are paid out to the band or its stated cause.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including uploading unlawful content, infringing intellectual property, or attempting to disrupt the service.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
